The Longest Day

This second in the Arledge Hall series, surprisingly, was even better than the first! I will say there is a villain or two that I sure hope gets his comeuppance in book three! Very well-written, characters you root for, and a great sense of that time in history, tragic though it was. If you love well-researched history wrapped in an engaging story, this is for you.
